This short film is from our founder Matt J West. It is a story about the struggles of mental health in men. The film received a good reaction from some film festivals.

Alongside our client work, we like to create things for ourselves. Our Creative Director, Matt wrote and directed this short film about a man's struggle with his mental health.

When it comes to matters of emotions and struggles, many men don't feel like they can have a voice, which can lead to some truly horrifying statistics. Matt's belief is that using creative expressions, tough subjects and emotions can be more easily discussed.

After going through his own hard times, he put pen to paper to write a poem. That later became this film.

​

More importantly, that poem, and this film would be the beginning of Inside Man, a men's mental health event and campaign to help men find a safe space to open up and find understanding in their struggles.
